With the 50th Anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge come these two new volumes that offer new insights into the events of one of the fiercest battles of World War II. The main emphasis covered is the southern sector of the front that went through the small country of Luxembourg.

Volume I covers the events from the German point-of-view, while Volume II treats the offensive from the American point-of-view, and also offers the events from local civilians.

The operations of the various German and American units are broken down into many small group actions, with many new details coming to light. Much of the material comes from first-person accounts from participants, as well as the author's own research.
