The
"Plëss" -as the Place d'Armes is colloqually known- is
well and truly the City's "sitting room".

The adjoining "Place Guillaume" (also known as "Knuedler") is similarly populated by Cafés and Delicatessen. Every Wednesday and Saturday morning, the vegetable market is held on Place Guillaume (until 1 p.m.). A large underground car park (entrance in Rue Notre Dame), makes for easy access to the City Centre. |
