For
more than 75 years, the name "St. Martin" is synonymous with the most romatic
wine cellars on the Luxembourg Moselle.
The sheer endless majestic vaults of the cellars and galleries hewn into solid
rock, are bound to impress themselves indelibly on our visitors' memory.
Since
Roman times, the best wines were made right here, in the Moselle valley. "Caves
St Martin" continues this tradition of highest quality, for all still and
sparkling wines.
| Visit
our galleries During your tour, we will explain the history of the wine cellars, and the production processes of both our still wines and the "méthode traditionelle" sparkling wines. At the end of your tour, the house offers every visitor a glass of sparkling wine (or a glass of grape juice for children), and you have the opportunity to purchase some of our products. The tour takes some 45 minutes, the temperature in the cellars is a constant 13 degrees C. |

In
addition to the cellar visit, we can arrange (by reservation only), a separate tasting of still and sparkling wines, with optional cheese titbits. This wine tasting can also be arranged in conjunction with a typical Luxembourg menu and their corresponding wines. |
| Adjoining
the cellars, our restaurant, with large patio and lawns overlooking the river, is the setting for our winetastings. Every visitor has the opportunity (independently of any wine tastings) to savour typical dishes from Luxembourg. In Summer, enjoy a tasting or a meal on our large patio, amidst a sea of flowers. Larger groups can also be accommodated but we would urge every restaurant visitor to reserve in advance. |
